We take extra effort to ensure complete confidentiality of your order and award information. If you need to make changes to your order, please help us by referencing your customer number, last name and order number. We may ask for additional information to ensure your privacy.

Payment Options

We offer several payment methods:

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. At the time of submitting your order, we authorize your credit card. When your order is complete, we charge your credit card and your order is shipped. We use very secure methods to ensure the safety of your account number.

Credit Card Call-In

For extra convenience, we have added a feature that allows you to submit your order without entering your credit card number over the internet. After placing your order online, call our toll free number, 877-926-4700, during business hours. Please inform the customer service representative that you used the credit card call-in feature and wish to give them the number. Please reference your order number when calling.

PayPal

You can also use your PayPal account. After placing your order online, send PayPal money to order@cheap-trophies.com in the amount of your order. We will credit your account within one business day. You can always view the shipping and billing status by logging in using your email and password.

Money Order/Check Prepay

You can also pay by money order or check. After placing your order, send a check or money order to Trophies2go.com, 1065 12^th Ave NW, Suite E8, Issaquah, WA 98027. After receipt of your payment, we will process your order. Please reference your order number on your check/money order. Note: Orders processed this way will experience delays because we wait to produce your order until the check clears.

Pre-Arranged Terms

This option can be used for customers with pre-approved status or for customers wishing to pay upon pickup at our retail location in Issaquah, Washington. MAP

Engraving/Assembly

Cheap-trophies.com offers free engraving on all of our customizable products. When you choose an item to be placed in your basket, you will be prompted to a page where you can input your information. Instructions for entering the information can be located at the top of that page. Our in-house staff will professionally engrave your awards and have them ready to ship in approximately 2-4 business days.

Some items can be purchased unassembled for additional savings. For resins, the unassembled version means you have to attach the engraving plate to the base. Unassembled trophies may require using a nut driver to screw together the trophy in addition to attaching the engraving plate. All unassembled orders will have the necessary items required for completion.

Free Shipping Policy

Cheap-trophies.com is proud to offer free UPS ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.

This offer is valid if:

• The order is shipped to addresses in the continental US that receive UPS ground service
• The order is paid using our credit card payment method.
• The order is produced within our normal production cycle.
• The order is placed using our Emerald shipping method which gives us up to 5 extra days beyond our normal production time to ship your order. To eliminate anxiety around when you will receive your shipment, the guaranteed arrival date is communicated on the shipping selection screen during the checkout process.

Shipping notes:

Orders shipped to AK and HI will be shipped by Next Day Air or 2^nd Day Air and are thus not eligible for shipping discounts.

Our free shipping policy does not extend to APO/FPO addresses.

We do not ship to PO Boxes in the United States.

We do not ship to any address out of the United States.

APO/FPO Shipping

Orders shipped to an APO or FPO address will be charged at USPS priority rates plus a $5.00 handling charge per package. Our free shipping policy does not apply to APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

To return merchandise for refund or replacement, written permission must be obtained in advance. Engraved medals, plaques, acrylic, and custom items cannot be returned. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge and an engraving fee, if applicable. If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
